1. Clients must fill out our health history form before treatments can begin. This is to ensure the therapist has relevant and accurate information when preparing their treatment plans and all parties are covered for legal and liability purposes.
2. Promotional discounts and/or additional charges may be applied at the time of payment.
3. ReNu-U Massage Therapy and its staff reserve the right to refuse or suspend services at their discretion.
4. Inappropriate and/or violent behaviour will not be tolerated towards any member of our staff. Services will be cancelled immediately with no refund, and legal action may be taken if required.
5. Clinic Massage:
a) Bookings must be made with at least 6 hours notice, however they may be made within that time by calling or direct messaging us, this is subject to availability.
b) Cancellations made within 4 hours and/or ‘no shows’ will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service less deposit, prior to future bookings being accepted (discretionary exceptions may apply).
c) Refusal to pay cancellation fee will result in future bookings being denied until payment is received. d) Clients are advised to contact us if they are running late for their appointment. Booking will be cancelled if appointment start time has past 20 minutes, reschedule will be offered subject to availability.
6. Mobile Massage:
a) All bookings made online for mobile massage services will require a minimum deposit paid at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
b) All mobile massage bookings will incur a $10 charge for travel included in the service cost.
c) Mobile massage bookings must be made with at least 12 hours notice, however they may be made within that time by calling or direct messaging us, this is subject to availability.
d) Cancellations made within 8 hours and/or ‘no shows’ will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service less deposit, (discretionary exceptions may apply).
e) Refusal to pay cancellation fee will result in future bookings being denied until payment is received.
7. Event Massage:
a) All bookings and cancellations must be advised with at least 7 days notice by direct contact with us Deposits are non-refundable. Additional surcharge may apply for bookings made within 7 days of event.
b) Clients are advised to contact us to discuss any changes to their event booking such as reschedules or inclusions as additional charges may apply.
